  2. Receive the Paypal invoice and pay (65 dollars) from 11/25 to 11/29 2019
  3. Pick up your book at the Bristol Train Station in Bristol, Virginia December 14th at 2 PM (no shipping, sorry)
Due to the nature of this sale a minimum of 10 preorders are required for the sale price to be valid, so share with your friends on facebook, buy one or a few as a gift, etc. If the minimum isn't met all preorders will be canceled (it will still be available on amazon for full price).
